Private Event Bartending
Starting at $800
Every event is customized based on guest count, hours of service, location, drink menu, setup needs, and supplies requested. All private bartending services begin at an $800 event minimum.
This minimum helps cover the time needed for planning, communication, preparation, travel, setup, bartending service, cleanup, and pack-out.

Guest Count Guide
As a general guide, one bartender is typically best for up to 40 guests, depending on the drink menu and pace of service. Larger events or events with cocktails may require an additional bartender to keep service smooth.
Alcohol Policy
Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for the event. Alcohol service must follow all applicable laws and venue requirements.
Custom Quotes
Because every event is different, final pricing is provided after reviewing the event details. Once I know your date, location, guest count, service time, and drink menu preferences, I can create a custom quote for your event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons. Dates are secured once your agreement is signed and deposit is received.

SB 1057 stipulates that Bitters & Blooms cannot distribute alcoholic beverages on the premises unless the venue holds an event venue license from the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission

No, in most cases. A truly private event with invited guests who are spending no money to be there does not require any special licensing. If it is private property but a ticketed event or where you intend to charge for the drinks served a Public Event Permit is required.
Event License Categories
Public Event License: Required if you are hosting a public event where alcoholic beverages will be sold by the individual drink. The county where the event is taking place must already authorize on-premises liquor sales.
Special Event Permit (Charitable/Nonprofit): Available for qualifying IRS 501(c) non-profits and political/fraternal groups. It allows up to 8 events per year, running up to 4 consecutive days each, and permits alcohol to be included in the ticket price or accepted as donations.

No, we are not licensed to receive any payment for alcohol.

Due to Oklahoma liquor laws, clients purchase the alcohol separately. We’re happy to guide you through quantities, selections, and shopping recommendations to make the process simple and stress-free.

Yes, we are insured. Please let us know if your venue requires a COI and we are happy to provide it and if they have any special requirements or minimums.

Services include 3-4 hours of onsite bartending, bar tools, 1-2 hours setup, and 1-2 hours breakdown, and depending on your package and event needs, curated bar styling, customized drink menu, mixers, garnishes, and other items discussed during planning.

Yes. We happily travel throughout Oklahoma. We are not currently licensed or insured in any other states. Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

After your inquiry, we’ll connect through a consultation call or meeting to discuss your event vision, guest count, beverage preferences, and service needs. From there, we’ll create a customized proposal for your event and give additional information when moving forward.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.

Yes. All bartenders are professionally trained, are current holders of Oklahoma Liquor Licenses to serve, Food Handlers Licenses and have TIPS Training as well. We operate with a strong focus on responsible service and guest experience.

Not at all. While we love elevated cocktails, we also serve timeless classics, wine, beer, champagne service, and simple favorites depending on your event style.

Absolutely. We love designing bar experiences that feel cohesive with your overall event atmosphere, whether that’s modern, romantic, minimal, editorial, garden-inspired, or classic.

We prefer a classic All Black look for most occasions but can absolutely dress to blend in with your event if you would prefer. If you want a very specific look we can make that happen as well with a detailed discussion and cost covered for the bartenders new look.

For your private property events we can have something delivered we work with local rental companies so that you have multiple options to find something to match your specific event. Venues typically have bars and we are happy to utilize those.

Yes we do! Surrounding areas as well, and willing to travel within Oklahoma.
